Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Pre-orders allow customers to reserve items prior to their official release.

Shipping
Pre-order items ship once they become available.
Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items may ship together.
Signed Editions
Signed or collectible editions may be non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
